Our principal and staff

Our school team is committed to every student’s learning, wellbeing and sense of belonging. We work together to create a supportive and inclusive school where every child is set up for success.

Welcome from our principal

We are proud to offer an inclusive learning environment where every student’s voice is valued and agency is encouraged. Our approach to education is holistic, nurturing each learner as a unique individual, a confident leader, and a lifelong learner. We believe in celebrating strengths while supporting growth in areas yet to be developed, fostering positive learner dispositions that empower students to thrive.

Our strong partnerships with families and the wider community enrich the educational experience and create a supportive network for all. Through our Learning Engagement and Progress (LEAP) processes, we provide tailored support to ensure every student’s personal and academic development is both explicit and meaningful.

At our school, personal and social capabilities are nurtured through explicit and bespoke programs designed to develop resilience, empathy, and collaboration. Together, we are committed to creating a vibrant, respectful, and inspiring environment where every learner can flourish.

Thank you for being part of our journey. We look forward to working with you to support your child’s growth and success.

Julie Warda (she/her), Principal of Forest Lodge Public School
