Reporting

Forest Lodge Public School provides a report for all students twice per year, in Term 2 and Term 4, and provides ongoing detail through interviews or meetings.. These reports give an accurate and objective assessment of the student’s progress and achievement.

When assessing for effort, teachers make an overall judgement based on a student's attributes including listening, group participation, risk-taking, level of engagement, perseverance and initiative as well as commitment to completing tasks, even when these become challenging.

You can collect the information about your child’s peer group from your child's teacher, the Assistant Principal for their stage or by contacting the office.

Reports include information about:

  • Learning achievement in each Key Learning Area against a 5-point achievement scale (L, B, S, H, O).
  • Individualised student comments
  • Commitment to learning
  • Attendance data
  • Whole school activities
  • Social development

This year, Forest Lodge has gone paperless with our reports. Digital copies can be accessed by families in the Sentral Parent Portal.
